Special 1: Aircraft Mechanic School – $35K with Loan
Who is eligible?
All U.S. students (international students are not eligible) paying enrollment fees and enrolling in the Aircraft Mechanic class starting October 2025 at the New Smyrna Beach campus OR August or October 2025 at the CVG Airport (Erlanger) campus and meeting other requirements listed below below.
What are the details of the special?
Eligible students who secure a third-party loan prior to starting in one of the classes listed below will receive discounted tuition in the amount of $35,000 for the full program. This is a savings of $10,000.
What are the requirements?
- Have a high-school diploma or equivalency.
- Pay the non-refundable $145 application fee.
- Enroll in one of the following classes / campuses:
- October 2025 A&P class in New Smyrna Beach
- August 2025 A&P class at CVG Airport/Erlanger
- October 2025 A&P class at CVG Airport/Erlanger
Note: This special has no monetary value and is applicable for the class start dates/locations listed above only. Special is non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other offer. If the student leaves prior to completing the entire program, tuition payments for any courses already completed will become due and payable, and normal Epic refund policy will apply.
Special 2: Flight School Satellite Grand Opening Promotion
Who is eligible?
All U.S. students (international students are not eligible) who enroll at one of Epic’s newest satellite campuses (Colorado, Utah, and Alabama only), pay application fees between now and July 31, 2025, and begin classes no later than August 31, 2025, and meeting other requirements as listed below.
What are the details of the special?
Eligible students will receive credits as follows at the completion of each course:
- $2,500 at completion of Private Pilot License (PPL)
- $2,500 at completion of Instrument Rating (IR)
- $2,500 at completion of Commercial Single-Engine (CSEL)
- $1,000 at completion of Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
What are the requirements?
- All students must meet all standard admission requirements.
- U.S. students paying application fees by July 31, 2025. (Students who paid application fees prior to May 31, 2025, or pay application fees after July 31, 2025, are not eligible.)
- Students must be a new flight student enrolled either as a full-time or a flex student at Epic’s Colorado, Utah, or Alabama campus taking at least two courses.
- Once enrolled and student completes each course they’ve signed up for, they will receive credit in the amounts listed above towards tuition fees of their next course.
- Students can begin at any stage of training, and whichever course they begin with will dictate the credits they can receive. For example, a student who has their commercial license and enrolls for CFI/CFII will not get the previous credits, only the $1,000 for CFI to use towards CFII.
Note: This credit has no monetary value and can only be applied towards future training expenses. Credit is non-refundable. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
Special 3: International Flight Students Credit Towards Next Course Upon Completion of Previous Course
Who is eligible?
International students who enroll at any Epic campus and pay application fees between now and July 31, 2025, and begin classes no later than January 31, 2026, and meet other requirements as listed below.
What are the details of the special?
Eligible students will receive credits as follows at the completion of each stage:
- $2,500 at completion of Private Pilot License (PPL)
- $2,500 at completion of Instrument Rating (IR)
- $2,500 at completion of Commercial Single-Engine (CSEL)
What are the requirements?
- All students must meet all standard admission requirements.
- International students on an M-1 Visa who enroll and pay application fees by July 31, 2025. (Students who paid application fees prior to May 31, 2025 or pay application fees after July 31, 2025 are not eligible.)
- Students must be a new flight student enrolled full-time at Epic’s New Smyrna Beach, FL campus and taking at least two courses.
- Once enrolled and student completes each course they’ve signed up for, they will receive credit in the amounts listed above towards tuition fees of their next course.
- Students can begin at any stage of training, and whichever course they begin at will dictate the credits they can receive.
